libi18n-acceptlanguage-perl software package provides module to matches language preference to available languages, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libi18n-acceptlanguage-perl
libi18n-acceptlanguage-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libi18n-acceptlanguage-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libi18n-acceptlanguage-perl *
